Job Purpose:
To complete all applicable licensing requirements and learn how to market State Farm products and services and provide quality service to State Farm Customers.
Job Related Training Courses, Licensing and Programs:
The EFA (Employee of Future Agent) position is a full or part time position with State Farm Insurance Companies.
Within 30-90 days of the start of employment, the successful candidate will be expected to have satisfactorily completed the training and licensing.
Upon completion, the EFA will be considered for permanent employment with a State Farm Agent.
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Excellent interpersonal skills
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Able to learn computer functions
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make presentations to potential clients
Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
Experience in sales desired
Ability to conduct sales interviews in the office
Ability to conduct sales interviews in the office and in client’s home or business
Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective sales interviews
Ability to effectively relate to a client within a sales environment
